- All returned items must match the original products sent to you, remaining unused and in their original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. Refunds for unwanted returns may be declined or adjusted if items are not returned in their original state.
To clarify, βoriginal conditionβ means:
- Completely unused.
- Free from any substances such as grease, petrol, diesel, or oil on the product or packaging.
- No stickers, labels, or markings on the branded box.
- Packaging must remain intact with original seals unbroken.
- No visible signs of attempted installation.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including shipping details.
- Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund withinΒ 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged Goods

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, please note that aΒ 25%Β handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs and associated customs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
